But we are most excited about their AI Scraper, which takes plain language input, builds scrapers for you and even fixes itself if it stops working.

The AI scraper can find sites that have the data you need, navigate defense systems to establish a successful connection and identify the fields you need it to. Once it gets the data, it can standardize it across the various domains you are scraping and spit out the results in whatever format you need it.

We hope that you read into that what we did: the SOAX AI scraper eliminates so many hours building and maintaining scrapers that it actually costs you money to not use it. As with any AI project, you’ll likely need to do some verification of what you are getting, but that’s a small price to pay for eliminating so many other human tasks. Imagine waking up to find that one of your scrapers broke over night then fixed itself without any tickets, discussion or engineering time dedicated to it.

A lot of companies have 99% uptime promises in marketing materials but SOAX puts it in writing in their SLA.

They are one of few companies to publish an ethics policy and imply ethical sourcing of proxy IPs with expressed consent and easy opt outs for people who have offered traffic to their network. They KYC everyone and that policy is clearly published as well and responsible use of network devices, being used for re-routing traffic only when idle. They even have a very detailed cookie policy. SOAX has invested a lot in the legal department and that is always a great indicator of trust for us.

They also come right out and say that they actively monitor their network for abuse. That means a better industry for everyone to operate in and it also protects their network from having proxies banned.
